PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW CAREFULLY. Follow all steps and complete 7 days after offer is made (3/16/2025) . Please use this page as a checklist.

** MANDATORY Parent meeting will be held on March 24th, 2025 @ 6pm
1. Register athlete for AAU Membership
· Browse to the AAU website
· Select the Get a Membership button
· Select Athlete (Individual) Membership
· Fill out the Application.
· Enter athlete’s personal information.
· Select Program: Youth Program
· Select Sport: Basketball - Girls
· Select Coverage: Extended (AB)
· Term: Current Membership Year - EXPIRES ON 8/31/2025 - $22.00
· Sign the Terms and Conditions and Continue
· Purchase the $22 Extended A/B membership
*This is required to participate in AAU Events and Tournaments.
2. REVIEW AND SIGN waivers for the following: Activity and Medical.
3. SUBMIT your TEAM PAYMENT. (Jersey Numbers are assigned on a 1st come 1st serve basis)
PLEASE contact the Illinois Thunder administration to setup a payment arrangement if necessary. The Illinois Thunder coaching staff is more than willing to provide assistance and/or resources so that ALL players are able to participate. IT TAKES A VILLAGE!
4. TEAM FUNDRAISER! everyone is required to participate.
Let’s come together and make our upcoming season unforgettable! We’re launching a crucial fundraiser aimed at securing $5,000 to cover essential expenses such as practice equipment, team bonding events, tournament fees and gym costs, etc. for the season. Your participation is not just about fundraising; it’s about investing in the success and camaraderie of our team. Every contribution big or small propels us towards our goal. Let’s unite, surpass expectations and ensure we hit the court with pride and support we deserve. Together, we can make this season a triumph both on and off the court.

The individual who raises the highest amount in our fundraising campaign will be rewarded with TWO tickets to see the Chicago Sky vs Dallas Wings on May 29th @7PM (Amount raised must be over $150). Your efforts not only make an impact but also offer participants a chance to WIN BIG!!!
5. We are looking for parents to join our “Parent Pack”. We become a “Pack” when parents are able to understand that being involved in the program and working together benefits the whole pack. wolves are the ultimate team players.
