Payment Instructions

After the $100 deposit is paid, the remaining basketball fees must be paid according to the chosen payment plan and agreed upon due dates.   

Late Payment Fees

A $25.00 late payment fee will be assessed each time a payment is made past the due dates described above or past due dates in any Alternative Payment Plan. This fee will be strictly enforced.

Payment Default

Any player is in default when payments are delinquent past 3 days. Any player delinquent in club dues and team dues will be notified by the club and players will be prohibited from participating in any club competition and membership privilege may be revoked.

Drop Policy

No refunds will be granted to players who drop out during their one year commitment to the club. To maintain a high-caliber program dedicated to developing skilled basketball players, we expect players to commit to a full season (min 6 months for multi-sport athletes). Pulling out of the program is disruptive to the program and team process, therefore refunds are not generally given.
